Home Inspection: Ken Giblin of Eagle Eye Inspections https://www.kenseagleeye.com/ Home Inspections are very important in the home buying process. This is true both for resale homes and new construction. It is quite obvious why resale homes need to be inspected. However, some may question why it needs to be done when purchasing a new home. Here are some of the things I have personally seen in the inspection of new homes. Lack of insulation, plumbing leak in the crawlspace, missing vents, unattached heating ducts, wood scraps and other debris in the crawlspace, water in the crawlspace, improper installation of gutters. Protect your investment and hire a knowledgeable home inspector.
Here is one simple step you can do to prepare your house for an awesome photo and video shoot.
